The Baths has overflowed expanded with a sister business, Melbourne Wine Room, in the heart of St Kilda. Located in the iconic George Hotel on the corner of Fitzroy and Grey Streets Melbourne Wine Room - cafe, bar and restaurant - is open for breakfast form 7am on weekdays, 8am on weekends and the bar & restaurant are open from 3pm Monday to Thursday, 12noon on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
